36th and 68th minute goals from Ebenezer Ocran and Sani Ibrahim separated the two sides with the visited taking all 3 points at stake.

It was a game that was overwhelmigly dominated by Skyy FC, especially in the first half.

But for wastefulness in front of post, the visitors could have ended the first half with at least 4 goals. The game remained barren amidst Skyy FC total dominance until the 36th minute when a thunderbolt strike from a free kick by Ebenezer Ocran broke the deadlock.

In the second half, the home side came in strong in the opening 15 minutes but failed to get the equalizer. In the 68th minute, the visitors got the second goal through Sani Ibrahim and that was enough to get the Eagles of Wassa East all the maximum points.
